"HSRP" refers to High Security Registration Plate as defined under the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.

"Department" refers to the Transport Department, Government of India.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Own a valid vehicle registration certificate
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Booking Process

Users must:

• Provide authentic vehicle and owner details
• Upload valid documents as required
• Make payment through authorized channels
• Schedule appointment for installation
• Provide correct delivery address

5. Payment Terms

Payment policies include:

• All prices are inclusive of taxes and installation charges
• Payment must be completed before order processing
• Refunds are subject to the refund policy
• Additional charges may apply for home installation
• Payment gateway charges as applicable

6. Delivery and Installation

Delivery terms:

• Standard delivery timeline is 6-10 working days
• Installation is mandatory for HSRP plates
• Home installation available in select cities
• User must be present during installation
• Original RC must be shown during installation

7. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation allowed within 24 hours of booking
• 10% cancellation charges applicable
• No refund after processing begins
• Refund processed within 7-10 working days
• Bank charges as applicable for refunds

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• Personal information is collected as per privacy policy
• Data is used only for service delivery
• Information is shared with government agencies as required
• Secure payment processing through certified gateways
• Data retention as per government guidelines

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this portal including:

• Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Raipur courts
